- Discount plan duration is for one full year, starting on the registration date.
- Plan members cannot use any other dental insurance or discount plan.
- All required fees are due the day of service.
- 15% discount is not eligible with extended payment plans.
- SmilePlan will not cover any portion of a specialist referral.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
